Return Process

  Log into your Shop Today account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package with Care

  Place the item back in its original packaging with all included hardware and assembly instructions to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, attach it to the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
